Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of artisanal sourdough bread
- 1 large ripe Hass avocado
- A generous handful of Flora Farming Broccoli & Radish Microgreens
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt flakes and crushed red pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown and beautifully crisp on the outside.
- 2In a small bowl, lightly mash the avocado with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt.
- 3Spread the mashed avocado evenly across the warm toasted sourdough slices.
- 4Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the avocado bed.
- 5Crown each toast with an abundant mountain of freshly harvested Flora Farming Broccoli & Radish Microgreens.
- 6Drizzle with high-quality extra virgin olive oil and finish with sea salt flakes and a pinch of crushed red pepper.
